How far in advance can I book a studio?
Up to 6 months in advance. Holds without payment last 48 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.
What is included in the hourly rate?
Core studio space, basic grip package, climate control, and access to restrooms and greenroom. Premium gear is available as add-ons.
Do you allow overtime?
Yes. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate. Availability depends on subsequent bookings.
What are the sound limits?
Each stage posts a target SPL and RT60 profile. Podcast suites are optimized for speech; video stages provide isolation but are not anechoic.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior. 50% within 72–24 hours; 100% within 24 hours of start time.
Is insurance required?
For productions with 15+ crew or rigging, a certificate of insurance naming us as additional insured is required.
Can I bring my own gear?
Yes. You may bring your own equipment provided it meets our electrical and rigging safety guidelines.
How do access and load-in work?
We provide dock access or street-level load-in windows where applicable. On-site managers guide first-time crews.
Do you support live-streaming?
Yes. Select stages include dedicated VLANs and redundant uplinks. Ask support for port mapping.
How do I receive an invoice?
Invoices are emailed after booking confirmation and include itemized charges and taxes.
