Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Rentoria StudioWorks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Bookings and payments

• Hourly rates are displayed in the catalog. Taxes and cleaning fees may apply.
• Holds are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate.

4. Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before start time.
• 50% fee within 72–24 hours; 100% fee within 24 hours of start time.

5. Acceptable use

• No hazardous materials, weapons, open flames, or illegal activity.
• Respect posted load limits and rigging points.
• Keep sound levels within posted limits.

6. Damages and insurance

• You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
• Insurance may be required for certain productions.

7. Studio access

• Arrive at or after your booking start time; vacate promptly to avoid overtime.
• We may refuse service for safety or policy violations.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the affected booking.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
